REFUND POLICY

Cicer One values its relationship with you, and offers you the option to return unregistered products you purchase directly from Cicer One. You may return eligible products for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees, as set forth in detail below.

POLICY

30-Day Return Period:

Except as provided below, all hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts may be returned to Cicer One up to 30 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees and taxes if already paid.

Any product returned to Cicer One without prior authorization from Cicer One will be considered an unauthorized return, and the customer will not receive credit for the product and Cicer One will not ship the product back to you.

Refunds or exchanges for defective merchandise can be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.

FEES

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Cicer One error, the refund or credit does not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your packing slip or invoice; you are responsible for those and for any damages incurred during the return shipment.

THE REFUND OR CREDIT IS ALSO SUBJECT TO A FIFTEEN PERCENT (15%) RETURN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID PLUS ANY APPLICABLE SALES TAX UNLESS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

From time to time Cicer One may advertise an easy returns program that does not include an administration fee for Home and Home Office consumer customers, in which case, there will be no administrative fee in those instances.

If you are an organization that bought the products under a separate written agreement with Cicer One, the agreement may contain different terms for the return of products than specified by this policy.

PROCEDURE

Before returning a product, you must first contact Cicer One Customer Service and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before the end of the applicable return period. Cicer One will not accept returns without a RMA number. Customers must contact Cicer One Customer Service at: support@ciceronetech.com

Any product returned to Cicer One without prior authorization from Cicer One will be considered an unauthorized return, and the customer will not receive credit for the product and Cicer One will not ship the product back to you.

Within 5 days of the date that Cicer One Customer Service issues the Return Material Authorization number, you must ship the product to Cicer One in strict compliance with the following:

• Ship back all products you are seeking to return to Cicer One and for which you received a RMA number. For partial returns, your credit may be less than the invoice or individual component price due to bundled or promotional pricing or any unadvertised discounts or concessions.

• Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any media, documentation, and any other items that were included in your original shipment such as manuals, cables, security keys, and power supplies.

• Use the waybill provided by Cicer One Customer Service to ship the product back. If you are returning multiple items, you should have multiple and uniquely numbered waybills, one per each individually boxed item.

• Do not photocopy and use the same waybill multiple times on separately boxed items or this will impede and delay your credit
Cicer One is not responsible for any confidential, proprietary, or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media that may be included with your return.

Upon receipt of your authorized and proper return, Cicer One will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees and taxes subject to this policy.

EXCEPTIONS

Cicer One’s RETURN POLICY does not apply to products that have been installed and registered for use by Cicer One servers:

• Systems installed and registered for use may not qualify for return and will be determined on a case-by-case basis by Customer Service: Permissibility of the return and subsequent refund amounts will be determined by Customer Service as to the reusability and refurbishment requirements of the product(s), such as the removal of customized components and termination of branded domains and security certificates, in order to return the product to as new condition.

Retail and Reseller Products: Products purchased from a Retailer or Reseller (i.e. not from Cicer One directly) are governed by the return and exchange policies of the Retailer or Reseller where you purchased the products.
